How the hell is this sustainable? Isn't it counterproductive? The good news is that our food and restaurant customs are spreading like wildfire all over the country. (It's been called our national cuisine, for lack of anything better to call it, and also because that's what it is.)
If we can't swing the prices here, at least we'll be able to enjoy interesting things somewhere else.
