The Worst Restaurant Neighborhood in San Francisco
I vote for Laurel Village/Presidio Heights. I'll explain why a bit later.

Here's what I've got in the hopper:
1. My visit with Gary Danko, at Gary Danko’s apartment.
2. Crab-salad sandwich from Alioto’s #8. I stood there at the end of Taylor and realized, "I’ve never been here."
3. Chicken parm last night, fast and furious.
4. How Knocked Up sucked. An L.A. story where people didn’t care about food or pretty much anything? I’ll fit it in somehow.
UPDATE: 5. How could I forget? Had a nice pan-fried piece of cod fish at the sit-down annex of Sol Food, a block down from the original corner counter, and a man named Angelo (Festa? Wouldn't surprise me) penned a letter stating how the color scheme was not appropriate for Marin County. This made my week.
